Arizona Prison Consultants, a division of Justice Solutions of America, Inc. was created with over 200 years of combined professional staff experience in paralegal, criminal justice, advocacy and corrections experience, to include specifically the Federal Bureau of Prisons, the Arizona Department of Corrections and various other correctional and advocacy related agencies.

Our Mission

Our mission is to assist both defendants and inmates who are either indicted, sentenced, convicted or incarcerated for a federal crime, an Arizona state crime, or other Arizona local correctional agencies within the State of Arizona.

Regrettably, based on current prison statistics recorded, the odds are not in favor of the defense and many will serve a term of incarceration in the Federal Bureau of Prisons for a Federal prison sentence or the Arizona State or City Department of Corrections for state or local sentences.

We can set appointments to meet at any criminal defense law office in Arizona. We offer a free assessment consultation prior to engaging our services. To schedule an appointment with John Irwin, our director, please click here for more information.

We are pleased to announce our latest Compassionate Release Request has been granted for one of our clients. One day after he was informed of the BOP’s decision he was released to his family in New Jersey.

Thank you for all you have done for me. I would not have my chances at success without you. I am soon ready to leave prison on work release! Thank you again for everything.

Great news! I just got this letter from the BOP, which says that you have a new designation. I called the Marshals and they told me that your new designation is the camp at Fairton FCI.
